Week seven – Start ’em or Sit ’em

After a solid week six showing from our players, lets look to go even better.

Start ‘em

RB – Nick Chubb

With the trade of Carlos Hyde away from the Browns this week, it is expected that Chubb will get a lot more touches. They take on a Bucs side who are 2-3 and are struggling at the moment in recent weeks after a good start to the season. Expect plenty of yards from Chubb.

It looks as though he will share the work load with Duke Johnson but expect Chubb to have a field day against an average Bucs side.

Prediction: 25+ touches, 120 yards and one touchdown

RB Tarik Cohen

Cohen and the Bears host the New England Patriots who are rubbish against the run game. Actually they are rubbish on defense all together. They will want to improve on their 3-2 start to the season and will pound the run game more than usual. Expect a lot of touches for Cohen this week.

Prediction: 25+ touches, 100 yards and one touchdown

QB Kirk Cousins

Cousins number have been dropping week on week since they lost to the LA Rams in week four. We expect those numbers to blow out tonight against a Jets team who are down on their luck after a good start to the year.

The Vikings will look to imposed themselves on the home side and will grind them down and break their spirits before running out big winners.

Prediction: 350 Yards, four touchdowns and zero interceptions

WR Adam Thielen

This will be the easiest decision you will make this weekend. Adam Thielen needs to be in your side. No questions asked.

He has been the best fantasy wide receiver all season and this trend will continue this week when the travel to New York to take on the hapless Jets.

Prediction: 150+ receiving yards, two touchdowns

Sit ‘em

QB Marcus Mariota

Mariota and the Titans travel to London to take on the Chargers this week.  The Titans have this season, tried to protect their man on the road and let him roam free at home. The Chargers will rush Mariota over and over and over again, hoping he won’t get back up. He is constantly nursing and injury or two and will struggle to find any go forward this week.

Its going to be a bad day in London for this kid.

Prediction: 120 yards passing, 12/30 completions, zero touchdowns and three interceptions

RB Sony Michel

All signs point to Sony Michel having a tough day at the office against the Bears this weekend. The Patriots will more than likely throw the football more this week Against a solid Bears defensive line. Look for Kahlil Mack to put plenty of pressure on this young kid.

Probably best to stay away from him this week.

Prediction: 50 yards rushing, zero touchdowns

RB Alex Collins

Collins has struggled of late. He only has two games this season for more than 12 carries and faces a New Orleans saints’ side who are ranked fifth against the run.

Despite the struggles of Joe Flacco, he isn’t expected to favour Collins any more than usual.

Prediction: 10 carries for less than 50 yards with zero touchdowns

TE Kyle Rudolph

Rudolph is one of the most predictable tight ends in the game. He has one good week and one bad week. This is going to be his off week. The Vikings are spoilt for talent and like the share the ball around. Especially when Adam Thielen is on your side.

Don’t take Rudolph this week. He is going to have a down week.

Prediction: Four catches for 25 yards, zero touchdowns
