NBA Value Plays – 4/3

  1. Plays are based solely on opposition and pricing.
  2. FanDuel and DraftKings prices listed respectively.

• Point Guard

Tyler Ulis [ $4,900 / $6,200 ] Although not much of a value play on DraftKings, Tyler Ulis is a solid roster on FanDuel, who has a ton of upside against Sacramento, as they possess the 29th ranked defense in the association with a 109.5 team defensive rating. The Kings have allowed opponents to shoot an average of 47.2% from the field (27th) and 38.2% from three-point range (30th).

• Shooting Guard

Marco Belinelli [ $4,200 / $4,200 ] With both Joel Embiid and Dario Saric sidelined, Marco Belinelli could be in line to see some extra run, especially in light of his recent performances, as he’s put up 28.4 and 25.7 FanDuel point efforts in his last 2 contests. Brooklyn plays at the league’s 7th fastest pace and allows opponents to shoot an average of 37.2% from three-point range (25th).

• Small Forward

Joe Harris [ $4,000 / $4,600 ] Currently, Allen Crabbe is listed as questionable to play, which could afford Joe Harris to enter into the starting lineup, if he’s not able to suit up, thereby allowing him more minutes and a heftier workload than he normally has. Over the course of the season, Philadelphia holds a 102.2 team defensive rating (4th), but without Embiid it scales back to 107.8.

• Power Forward

Ersan Ilyasova [ $5,400 / $5,600 ] Going back to the Sixers for value, Ersan Ilyasova is a good candidate to see more minutes, as well as potentially enter the game as a starter, due to the aforementioned Saric being ruled out tonight with an injured elbow. The Nets have struggled inside, allowing an average of 47.4 points in paint (26th) and are below average in rebound percentage.

• Center

Kyle O’Quinn [ $5,500 / $5,100 ] Last game, Enes Kanter was inactive due to a back injury and he’s noted to be doubtful for this match too, which should let Kyle O’Quinn see 30+ minutes of action, again and give him plenty more opportunities, in this one. Orlando places 21st in the league defensively, with a 108.1 team rating and allows an average of 48.7 points in the paint (28th).

Extras: Fox, Daniels, Gay, Bell, Poeltl.
