NBA Value Plays 2/13: Spurs Value is Still Open
Good afternoon fellow FanCavers. I hope we got some Hezonja exposure last night. HE BALLED! Let’s get you some value plays so we can spend up on a few of these studs this evening.
Dejounte Murray (PG – $5,500) – Murray comes into today’s slate as one of my favorite value plays. He played 28 minutes last night and gets a wonderful match up against the Denver Nuggets tonight. He’s a great player and as long as his minutes stay high he is a viable option in all formats.
Davis Bertans (PF – $5,000) – Bertans looks to continue his expanded role with LMA still sidelined. I’m hoping this price will scare some people off, but Bertans looks to be a great play in all formats. Keep in mind, Pau could potentially rest on the second half of a b2b which would only further solidify Bertans as a solid plug.
Dewayne Dedmon (C – $5,800) – Dedmon is strictly a GPP play for me, but a very solid one. He has looked great of late and put up 47 FDP against the Pistons last match up. He has been named the starter and the Bucks give up some mean points to traditional big men down low. His floor is still very low so I would reserve him for tournaments only.
Taj Gibson (PF – $5,400) – Gibson’s minutes are safe and he gets an up tempo match up on a position that is really thin tonight. He is viable in all formats.
Other value options: De’aaron Fox ($6,000); Thon Maker ($3,700); Jerami Grant ($4,900; if Melo is out) Raymond Felton ($5,000; if Westbrook is out); Tyler Johnson ($4,200)
