NHL DFS (11/15)

Hey all you DFS players, have you been wanting to learn all about the fastest growing DFS sport? Well, look no further. This article is here to help just about anybody who plays DFS. Each main slate, I, Armaan Kaler (@DFSManu) will be providing the best NHL plays of the night in a user-friendly format. This article will include my top cash game plays, and favourite GPP stacks. We will be using FanDuel pricing as reference. Now that we got all of that out of the way, I think we should get into the picks.

TOP CASH GAME PLAYS:

Rickard Rakell (C) $6,800:

Rakell is blessed with facing up against a very suspect Bruins defense with a shaky and (dare I say) washed Tuukka Rask at home tonight. Boston sports a 2.54 xGA/60 on the road, good for 11th highest in the league. Lock and load the Swedish first liner in your lineups tonight with confidence.

Patrick Kane (W) $8,400:

Chicago has the best matchup of the night as they come up against the worst defensive team in the NHL in terms of xGA/60, with the Rangers averaging 3.6 away from MSG. That mark is .6 more than any other team in the league. Kane also feasts in the month of November over the course of his career (thanks @mbsports_guru !), averaging over a point per game. This, paired with the fact that Showtime will most likely see the depth lines of one of the worst defenses in hockey, has me locking him into my lineups tonight without any hesitation.

Torey Krug (D) $5,600

Krug has been on fire recently, racking up 9 points (2G, 7A) during the course of his recent 7 game point streak. With Anaheim taking the fourth most penalties in the league, the man with the reputation of being a 4th forward on the ice will most definitely see enough opportunities tonight to see his tear continue.

FAVOURITE GPP STACKS (rating /10):

7/10 – LOW COST: CGY3 (Bennett, Jankowski, Jagr) = 19% of salary cap

6/10 – MID COST: ANA1 (Rakell, Grant, Perry) = 29% of salary cap

6/10 – MID COST: CGY2 (Tkachuk, Backlund, Frolik) = 28% of salary cap

8.5/10 – MID COST: CHI2 (Schmaltz, Anisimov, Kane) = 33% of salary cap

8/10 – MID COST: DET2 (Athanasiou, Larkin, Tatar) = 27% of salary cap
