- Plays are based on stats, opposition, and pricing.
- FanDuel and DraftKings prices listed respectively.
- Point Guard(s):
Russell Westbrook [ $11,800 / $11,000 ] – Russell Westbrook is the very definition of a triple double. Tonight he gets the rookie, Frank Ntilikina, and could put up something close to last year’s stat line of 31/10/10, tonight.
Kyle Lowry [ $8,600 / $7,900 ] – Over the last two seasons, Kyle Lowry become a much more productive scorer, raising both his field goal and three point percentages as well as averaging 20+ppg. Tonight he gets a short handed Bulls team, enough said.
Milos Teodosic [ $5,300 / $4,900 ] – I fully expect this game to get out of hand and I mean that in the most sincere way possible. The 30 year old rookie is set to make his debut, showing signs of flash and shooting ability in the preseason.
- Shooting Guard(s):
Justin Holiday [ $6,500 / $5,900 ] – Not many players on the Bulls have done anything meaningful throughout the preseason, other than Justin Holiday. Holiday scored in double figures in 5/6 of his preseason games and tallied up throughout the sheet.
Tim Hardaway Jr. [ $5,500 / $5,800 ] – On a team where he is fully expected to shoot and shoot well, Tim Hardaway Jr. has done just that. THJ scored 13+ points four preseason games and looks to be a lock for 20+ppg this season with the Knicks.
Lou Williams [ $4,700 / $5,000 ] – Taking a run at his former team, the Lakers, Lou Williams is in line for some nice point production. Williams is an absolute spark, averaging a career high 17ppg last season with the Rockets and Lakers.
- Small Forward(s):
Paul George [ $8,600 / $8,100 ] – Quite simply put: New York has no one who can guard Paul George one on one. With that being said look for George, who averaged 23/3/6 last year, to have a nice start to the season, capitalizing on the Knicks choppy defense.
Danilo Gallinari [ $6,800 / $6,200 ] – Danilo Gallinari, has been for a long time, a great shooter and good all around player. Gallinari gives the Clippers the ability to somewhat spread the floor with his career three ball of 37%.
CJ Miles [ $4,000 / $3,700 ] – During his three season in Indiana, CJ Miles became a much more reliable and productive player. Last season, as expected with Toronto, he came off the bench, scoring 10ppg and 43% from the field and 41% from three.
- Power Forward(s):
Blake Griffin [ $9,500 / $9,600 ] – With this game being a battle of LA, DeAndre Jordan will likely play more of a perimeter style of a defense against Brook Lopez, opening up some boards. As the number one option, Blake Griffin should be constantly pounding them inside and looking to improve onto last season’s 21/8.
Carmelo Anthony [ $8,000 / $7,200 ] – In his first game against the New York Knicks since being traded, I fully expect the Thunder to rally behind Carmelo Anthony. Matching up against Porzingis will be tough, but buckets are his specialty, as she shoots a career 45% from the field and has over 24,000 points.
Lauri Markkanen [ $6,500 / $5,600 ] – As mentioned above, the Chicago Bulls are short handed, especially at the power forward position. Markkanen didn’t play much thoughout the preseason due to injury, but has a sweet stroke and could be a mismatch.
DeAndre Jordan [ $8,200 / $7,500 ] – The LA Lakers are a very poor defensive team, especially inside and the signing of Lopez didn’t really improve that. DJ averaged 12/13/1 last year and could easily get himself a double double with some blocks here.
Steven Adams [ $6,300 / $5,700 ] – Known as one of the toughest big men in the league, Steven Adams is a force that the Knicks centers cannot handle. Last season, Adams averaged 11/7/1 and had a career year in steals with 89.
Jonas Valanciunas [ $5,400 / $4,800 ] – Like Andre Drummond, every night is a guessing game with this guy. Jonas averaged 12/9 last season for the Raptors, shooting 55% front the field across 25 minutes per game – be careful they like to run small at times.
Extras: Grant, Powell, Ingram, Porzingis, Felicio.
* Sorry no lineups tonight with 3 games being played.
